Description

The Splitting Axe for larger logs of wood

A more powerful Splitting Axe made for splitting larger logs. The axe head has a non-stick coating which reduces friction and provides easy entry into the wood. The head geometry is adapted for splitting large logs. Handle protection and durability are thanks to the stainless steel shaft protection.
Balance point close to the axe head gives ideal balance and weight distribution. The combination of the optimized axe head and the light shaft concentrates the power into the cut, which gives an easier split of the logs. Fibre-reinforced PA shaft makes the axe durable and robust.
Hammer function for an easy and effective use of splitting wedges (no steel wedges).
GARDENA offers a warranty of 25 years for this axe.
