Many plants can get multiplied by cutting off living parts and putting them into soil. You can propagate e.g. ivy, angel's trumpets, begonias, fuchsias and geraniums as well as busy lizzies, oleander and many more. Look for a strong part of the plant which has a length of approximately 15 to 20 centimetres and 3-5 leaves on it.
Cut off this part with a sharp knife. Do not use scissors because they crush the fine tree limb. Strip or cut off any leaves on the lower half and place the cutting into the soil. It does not matter if it is potting compost or conventional soil.
Water thoroughly. For the first days you should not place the plant in the sun. Keep the soil moist but not too wet.
